Returns 

Our Policy lasts for 30 days, once 30 days have passed unless your item is under warranty we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to initiate a return, your item must meet the following criteria: it should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, all hardware must be returned in its original packaging, including any outer sleeve as they contain the product serial numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any hardware without this packaging. However, any free gifts or samples included with your purchase are yours to keep.

To request a return, please send us an email with the following information: your original order number and the reason for returning any specific items from your order. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send back the items (subject to returns approval).

If your return is approved, please ensure that your items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. You can use any suitable packaging material, even old newspapers work well.

Vaporiser Devices

If you wish to return a defective vaporiser device such as PAX, Davinci and others, we recommend you to reach out to the official brand owners to make warranty claim on your device. If you're experiencing problems, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

What Happens when the product is returned 

Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend the quickest and simplest method: placing a new order for the desired item and then contacting us via email. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the unused items for a refund. This way, you will promptly receive the correct items, and your refund will be processed as soon as the items are returned to us.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, assuming everything is in order, we will initiate a refund for the value of the product, excluding any original postage charges. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used. Please allow a few days for the refunded funds to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@flawlessvapedistro.co.uk.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should send your product to: Flawless CBD, 7 Sheene road, Leicester GB LE4 1BF You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item you are returning is defective, please contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid postage label or arrange a collection (UK only). 

If an item is returned to us without prior authorization, any return postage fees incurred will not be refunded. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs, duties & taxes

Flawless CBD Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, returns etc.).

The importer will be responsible for any and all shipment fees if the parcel is rejected by the customs office in the destination country.
